Training course description
Project "Dreamdoland" was build with the motto - Live with your dream! Creativity and innovation are considered to be inseparable from entrepreneurship, which is in turn manifested in the act of starting up and running an enterprise. We believe that there is a path to develop effective entrepreneurs through experiments and plays of creativity and imagination. During the seven days of training course we will implement activities and exercises that strengthen some of the basic competencies which are important for successful entrepreneurs.
We will explore why creative thinking is considered as a core skill of entrepreneurship and we will enhance participant’s power as entrepreneurs by increasing their ability to think and act creatively.
The aim of this trainings is to assess the impact of entrepreneurship education on four dimensions: 1) the acquisition of the entrepreneurial competence 2) intentions towards entrepreneurship; 3) employ-ability; and 4) impact on the society and on the economy.

Learning objectives
General aim of the project is to develop participants’ knowledge, skills and resources that will help them to become entrepreneurs in the future and to be more active participants in the social, political cultural and economic life of their communities: local, national and European.
Keeping this in mind, we have formulated following learning objectives:
- To give the young team leaders new knowledge about working environments and practices in different countries of Europe and to raise general European awareness, thus increasing their INTERCULTURAL COMPETENCE;
- To gain understanding about good leadership and entrepreneurship behaviors and to develop following skills: TEAM-BUILDING SKILLS, CREATIVE THINKING, FACILITATION COMPETENCE and COMMUNICATION COMPETENCE;
- To discuss the creative process, to examine the link between entrepreneurship and creativity and to encourage creative thinking in youth organizations through exercises and provision of NEW TOOLS and METHODS;
- To ENCOURAGE participants to undertake tasks and responsibilities of the entrepreneurs and reflect this experience and their role.
Project philosophy
Creativity is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. Creativity is the process of bringing something new into being. Creativity involves two processes: thinking and producing. If you have ideas, but don't act on them, you are imaginative but not creative. Nevertheless dreams are great place to start when it comes to unleashing creativity.
People are innately creative. The reality is that people often do not recognize when they are creative, and they frequently overlook opportunities to be creative. The path to creativity begins by first of all of recognizing the ways in which we are or can be creative… Entrepreneurs are individuals who recognize opportunities where others see chaos or confusion. The passion and drive of entrepreneurs moves the world of business forward. They challenge the unknown and continuously create the future. Entrepreneur- is dreamers who do he is creator who creates innovation of any kind, and a leader who leads his team to future successes. |
One of the main goal of this training is to encourage an entrepreneurial spirit of youngsters, to encourage them to dream, dare, and do.
Creative thinking involves creating something new or original. It includes the skills of flexibility, originality, fluency, elaboration, brainstorming, modification, imagery, associative thinking, attribute listing and metaphorical thinking. The aim of creative thinking is to stimulate curiosity and promote divergence. There exists important link between creativity and leadership. Creativity is a core leadership competence. Good leaders use to have much more common with artists, scientists and other creative thinkers than they do with managers. Leaders create teams (team-building and facilitation skills), environments (communication skills and supporting creative atmosphere) and opportunities (project management skills). These functions require a large number of skills and often creative approaches. TC will cover some of those skills. |
