Programme methodology
Programme methodlogy will follow the main principles and practice of non-formal education and learning in Europe. The methodology of the training course will take into consideration different stages of the group dynamics. Methods and activities will be balanced respecting learning rhythm of the day and a week. We will combine experiential learning activities followed by reflection and sharing moments. Learning will happen from different sources.
Group building activities
We will spend time to get to know each other and build the group at the beginning of the programme. Multitask activity will help to see how we function within the group. The cultural evenings and optional activities in the evening programme will foster group interaction.
Field visits
During the programme we will visit Yerevan and Holy Ejmiatsin. Cultural visits will offer opportunities to see the country, daily life and culturally important sites in Armenia. We will organise a meeting with young entrepreneurs in Armenia to learn from their experiences and attitudes of being entrepreneurs.
Interactive inputs
Learning process will be supported with interactive inputs in the forms of workshops, games and specific learning methods. Team will prepare interactive inputs on various topics related to the main themes of the training course. Practical workshops will offer development of specific skills and attitudes.
Coaching
Team will offer coaching support for participants when developing their entrepreunerial ideas, creating visions, turning visions into specific steps, planing practical implementation. Coaching will be used also during the preparation of the workshops led by participants.
Participants' contrubution
During several sessions in the programme participants will play the active role in contributing with their knowledge, skills and experiences. They will work on their entrepreneurial ideas developing them further. They will be invited and supported to run workshops on topics related to the main theme of this training course.
Reflection time
Experiential learning activities will be follow-up by reflection time to identify learning and share learning outcomes with others. Various reflection methods will support participants in recognising their learning achievements and completing Youthpass self-assessment.
